My astro a50 wireless headset suddenly stopped working and this video shows how the hard reset is not working.

Turn them to off put them on the charge station and hold down the game button and the Dolby digital button at the same time while it’s on the charger station. If it’s doesn’t work first try unplug the charger station plug back in and repeat those steps. But I always make sure the headset is off while doing it. Always works for me hope this helps you guys!

My gen 4 a50 weren’t charging and bay station was flashing but not charging but thanks to this video it now works thanks a lot I watched so many other videos but none help

Mine had the same problem. One of the charging prongs on the base was jammed. I just poked it a few times with a nail and it popped up and everything worked. Fingers crossed

Did you ever get it fixed? I just bought the 4th Gen... $340. Out of the box I had to hard reset them. They worked the first try after reset.

What did you do to fix it mine are doing the same thing?

I tried everything and the only thing that worked is to reinstall the app on windows then do the update (which doesn’t work). After that it worked for me

I have a hyper x it does not come with a transmitter i didnt work

Mine was on orange like a second. Then it turned red and shows one battery in red charging but if I take mahesa off the start it just turns off
