General Fix 2 (Hard Reset): You can perform a hard reset by pressing two buttons simultaneously:

Locate the Dolby / Atmos button (located between the power switch and EQ buttons on the right ear cup).

Also, find the Game Mixer Button (located on the right ear cup on the outside, covering the driver). Toggle this button forward.

Press both buttons together for 5-15 seconds with the power switch in the "On" position. Many users have reported that this hard reset has solved similar problems.

I just wanted to make a quick video for those of you guys that are having problems with the Astro A-Fifty's not turning on or illuminating or charging It's just a simple quick fix All you have to do is find this game button It'll say game right.

You hold your finger down on that and this middle button here not the one at the top not the one at the bottom but this middle button here you hold that on at the same time as well as this one and you do that for twenty seconds After twenty seconds you should get an illumination and you should be able to turn the headset on and off So there's a quick fix for anyone that's freaking out about their Astro A-fifties and considering buying a new headset Don't buy a new headset just do that and you'll fix the problem If you like this video press the like button and give me a comment.

Nice tip. Unfortunately, mine dropped from the couch to the floor. A tiny drop and have stopped i tried this a few times with no luck.... 😢

Fixed mine. Randomly stopped lighting up or doing anything after working fine for years. So weird. Thought I was gonna have to buy a new headset

Brooo mine turn on charge and all but when i plug them into my consol they dont show up as an output option
