From a former CEO. The best answer to the job interview question "what are your salary expectations". This is the best way I've ever seen to answer the salary expectations interview question. I also give a sample example answer to this question. On my channel, I explore all the common job interview and employment questions, including salary negotiation, what is your expected compensation, pay expectations, and salary requirements on a webform. Please see the other videos in my "Get Hired" playlist for more tips.

Waooo this is amazing, most companies have asked this question and never get back to me . I have another interview tomorrow and I’d try this technique. Wish me luck and I’ll come back for testimony once I get the job 😊

Do you have any videos on what to do in an interview if you have speaking problems like a stutter or stuff like ADHD and Autism?

Why not just skip all the BS and post the salary range and job details/requirements to begin with, and save each other the wasted time with interviews where one has no idea what has been budgeted or the benefits are? Most of the time one would know the ballpark pay range, but there are a lot of companies that always lowball, so it would be great to see that number to know if I'm wasting my time, or someone else's. I do not like playing head games. Either my merits, skills, and punctuality are a fit for the job, or they aren't.
