In upstate SC. We were hit very bad as well. About half the state without power. Prayers for everyone affected by this storm

For those unfamiliar with Asheville this is nowhere near the ocean. Asheville is 4 to 5 hourse East. Lots of lakes though, with nowhere to drain to.

im in a little town in Va Chilhowie Va and were under water .. every neighbor around me is under water.. i pray we can recover from this, I've seen videos of chimney rock, or whats left of it, Lake Lure is petty much gone too.
