A 30 Minute full-body workout that uses a variety of kettlebell exercises to sculpt your arms & abs and tone your legs.
The Kettlebell is a fantastic tool to add diversity to your workouts.
5mins Warm Up
1. Thread the needle
2. Alternating Glute stretch
3. Walk outs
4. Clock lunge
5. T Running
3 x 3 minute rounds with a 30 second rest
1st minute
Back Lunge/Curtsy Lunge
2nd minute
Kettlebell clean and back lunge
3rd minute
Kettlebell clean/side lunge/shoulder press and knee raise
Then
4 x 2 minute rounds with a 30secs rest
Every 30 secs drop an exercise so;
1st 30secs
Press up
Row
Clean
Jerk
2nd 30secs
Row
Clean
Jerk
3rd 30 secs
Clean
Jerk
4th 30 secs
Jerk only
Then 2nd round do the other side
3rd round get rid of the jerk first and the press up last
4th round other side
