Used to be another two ways to go there (through these stairs up to the roof and some tricky wall where you are able to break game as Ciri). But with the nextgen you are not able to jump so high. Same with the loot up to the Nowhere Inn - used to be a lot of ways to achive Novigrad roofs in that district, now only one. And I am not even sure that you can grab that chest up to the Triss house (I spent about 50 minutes to achive it in the previous patch).

U know the developers could have at least put a much better loot than that u mean I risk getting up there just for something u can get on the ground lying around
