For the final quest in Hateno where the town holds the election, it won't let you start it if it's raining! And then when I slept to pass the time it was cloudy, Sophie commented that she wished it was sunny instead! It was wild. I can't remember npc dialogue ever being aware of the weather, let alone changing the dialogue to reflect it.

i actually tried something similar, i made an opal wand and splashed the flowers. she actually made a comment that the flowers thank me for nourishing them. i tried throwing a dazzlefruit, to also provide light, but she got mad.

They nerfed flowerblight ganon by making her field smaller, but there is a painting in Zelda’s house of her in her full glory

Also they buffed Plumblight Ganon so watch out

The devs delayed the release even though the game is complete, which is why we get a lot of details like this.
