There should be an evil dialogue option like “Look’s like we missed one. Let’s fix that.”

Karlach: "Did it make you feel BIG!?"

I mean you technically slaughtered her kin. She's very protective of them

My first playthrough, this happened. I was devastated. I kicked off in the inner sanctum when Kagha was doing her whole thing and didn't realize the whole grove popped off too.

I was so upset but decided to keep the play and she let me walk.

"Ahem"

Do not kill Dammon (or let him get killed) and you won't get this. I took out the grove after knocking him out and she was fine

It didn’t make me feel big but at least I got that Drow’s mistress underdark Kitty.

Karlach is simple, but she’s not stupid. More clever than most, even. Couldn't have survived in the Hells alone otherwise. Kind of love that 'passing' the deception and intimidation checks are just her deciding she has other priorities. She doesn't buy your shit for a second. Her moral compass and bullshit detector always read true.

This also triggers if you skip the grove and go to mountain pass first, and druids close the grove down, with tieflings dying on the road. Karlach will speak as though you’ve raided the grove and refuse to join the party. A very unfortunate oversight precluding a large portion of RP route.

In my third playthrough I had Karlach react like this even though I had ever attacked a single Tiefling. I did however attack a rat right after saving Arabella. That rat was of course a Shadow Druid in wildshape. I recognized her name from my previous playthrough, but had not bothered to find any of the clues to uncover their plot in this playthrough. When I attacked one shadow druid they all dropped their disguises and started attacking the other druids. Nettie and Rath died before I could kill any of the Shadow Druids. When I left the inner sanctum I found the other druids had already massacred most of the tieflings. I rushed towards Dammon's spot to try to save him, but he was already dead. There were still some Tieflings in the prison being slaughtered, including Alfira. I failed to save her, but did manage to save 2 of the least important background tieflings. They were still alive and should have been able to vouch for me when I found Karlach. Because she refused to join me though, I decided to side with Minthara instead. I figured letting her kill 2 tieflings was a lesser crime than massacring all the goblins like I usually do. Wyll didn't see it that way and left the group at the Goblin party, so I save scummed to never revisit the grove. Minthara had some buggy dialouge where she seemed to think we were at the Goblin party and about to make love right in front of Ketheric at her trial, but once I broke her out of the dungeon everything went on as normal.

Back in the old CRPGs, quests would break if you do them out of order. This was made out of love.

I was so mad my first playthrough because in an attempt to save Arabella, Kagha attacked me and I had to fight my way out of the grove. Now at that point I didn't care I was trying to save a kid from a maniac and those druids made their choice. That they turned on the tieflings is 100% not my fault. But Karlach still blamed me so I had to lose quite a bit of gameplay to redo just to recruit her. I still think it was BS.

I failed my persuasion checks with Kahga while playing my Dwarven Cleric and watched her kill the little girl. There was no way I was going to let that stand, so I attacked Kahga, and all hell broke loose.

At the end of the day, there were no more Druids, and there were a lot of Tieflings now safe. I feel like Karlach overreacted to my decisions of putting down a Tyrant that murders children.

This happens even if you just kill druids to save a little girl from death. I accidently had this happened in my first playthrough, I also was surprised seeing a lot of videos with horned Wyll afterwards)

"did it make you feel impotant, huh? Did it make you feel big?"
-"it did actually. i am very powerful and Strong!"

I LOVE that this is an actual answer you can give in this game. the only thing better would be a smug "Thanks for asking" at the end of that answer. xD

If she wasn’t so literally heavy with the engine inside her, I’d say she would drown you in the river there. If you just got shoved in, I can see you crawling out.

I wish to have a way to kill ONLY Kahga and the other druids doesn't attack
