30 Minute Arms & Cardio Challenge Workout | STF 2023 - Day 10

Welcome to SUMMERTIME FINE 2023 DAY 5! I am so proud of you for showing up. All fitness levels are welcome for this workout and you don't need any equipment! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


Let's close out week 2 in an intense way! Your arms are going to work hard and your heart rate is going to be up for this one! Be ready to complete two rounds of each exercise and at the end we will finish with a push up and mountain climber burnout to really make it count! 10 workouts down, 55 to go!

The Workout:
1. Hammer curls
2. Alt Supinated curls
3. High knee clap unders
4. Tricep overhead extension
5. Bow tie press pulse
6. Burpee hop overs
7. Front and side raise
8. Bent arm pump
9. agility hops
10. 3 Push ups and 10 climbers

This was one of those workouts where I had to remind myself not to compare my weights to Sydney's and just use the weights that challenge ME (even if it was 5 or 10 pounds lighter than Syd's). Feeling really proud after this one!

Definitely "Maximum Strengthening Day!" Whooo shoulders on fire!!! I had to beg Fergie to keep singing during the finisher LOL. Great work out Sydney :)

Dear God, Please forgive me for whATEVER i SAID IN THE LAST 2 MINUTES OF THIS WORKOUT. This was tough and I did not stop! Could not lift myself off of the front patio when we were done! and I LOVE it!

I have noticed a definite increase in my strength since the end of the last challenge. I am so proud of myself and happy to FEEL the strength! I am also impressed to see my ability to do more weighted movements. Thank you for what you do Sydney!

This was hard. Definitely one of my maximum strength building days. Those push-ups and mountain climbers at the end……. I will be 68 years old next Friday!! Happy Mother’s Day from Alabama!!
