Let's close out week 2 in an intense way! Your arms are going to work hard and your heart rate is going to be up for this one! Be ready to complete two rounds of each exercise and at the end we will finish with a push up and mountain climber burnout to really make it count! 10 workouts down, 55 to go!
The Workout:
1. Hammer curls
2. Alt Supinated curls
3. High knee clap unders
4. Tricep overhead extension
5. Bow tie press pulse
6. Burpee hop overs
7. Front and side raise
8. Bent arm pump
9. agility hops
10. 3 Push ups and 10 climbers
