Before going no contact you have to be honest with yourself about the reason you’re doing it in the first place. If it’s serious enough to go no contact then it’s serious enough to not go back. Going no contact is for you to heal and move on, not to go back into the same situation cause no one changes over night, meaning, the person has learned some of your ways and you have learned some of theirs. The hurt you experience should prompt you to want it to stop so you should do what it takes to make it stop. Meanwhile, the person that does the hurting actually enjoys the false since of power, so take that power away by never going back, otherwise you’ll continue to be powerless. If you love yourself then you’ll find that no one can ever love you more!
