Gonna be updating my progress everyday guys!!
i'm so so so insecure about my saddlebags, i just can't not be insecure about them when i wear jeans, so i finally decided to go ahead and work on them because i'm the only one who can help myself get over my insecurities and wear whatever tf i want without being conscious about it!!!!

i checked progress after a week and i lost a cm yet. ig its a good change in a short period.

Day 1: Was easy.. but i definitely felt the burn in those clam openers!!✅
Day 2 (1\2\24) : oh damn.. my thigh was so sore and painful... But still did it😂 ✅

This workout is amazing. I did 2 rounds of it today and feel so sore!! I love how it’s only 5 minutes yet it’s such an intense workout !!!

Day 1 - my legs are burning and I’m very excited to see results✨
Day 2 - I felt my legs are burning and working when I did the circles. Which is a good sign ✨
Day 3 - everything got so much easier and I could feel my legs are burning and my hips too ✨
Day 4- I could see little difference. I will keep going! ✨
Day 5- everything is easy now ✨
day 6- I’m very proud of myself for doing it this far✨
Day 7- I could see a difference!! I’m gonna do it for another week!!✨
so now I’m in day 9- I could definitely tell there’s a difference my outer thigh burned a lot of fat✨
Day 10- as she said I tried combining the inner workout in another video she posted and I’m happy with the results I’m getting, I can’t even walk on my legs✨

Okay so I have a pear shaped body with a really big butt and wide thighs and I came across this and see it as a blessing! I just did this workout and boy do i feel the burn in my outer thighs
I plan on trying to do this twice a day and I shall update you guys every week!
Day 1: I feel the burn and feel hopeful that I can lose an inch at the end of 2 weeks (haha lets do this)
Day 3: I did this workout twice + did another 5 minute workout targeting my thighs and I feel like my legs are gonna be so sore tomorrow! Also, I didn't measure myself before starting this challenge, but i'm hoping that in a few weeks I can see a noticeable difference (maybe my jeans will fit better? fingers crossed)
More updates later!
