Having stronger muscles can prevent many kinds of injuries, and your little ones will only need 12 minutes to perform this workout. It starts with low-impact functional exercises for the arms and legs, and this will be followed by weight-bearing exercises on the mat that will be done in two sets. This quick routine will also help kids burn off excess fat!!!
