In this exciting episode of Experts React, we are thrilled to have former Navy Seal Geoff Reeves join us as he dives into the immersive world of "Ghost Recon Breakpoint". With his extensive military background and real-world experience in special operations, Geoff brings a unique perspective to the table as he analyzes the game's tactical elements, weapon systems, and overall realism. Throughout the episode, he'll share his thoughts on how closely the game mirrors real-life combat situations, highlighting the aspects that Ubisoft got right and offering constructive feedback on areas where the game could improve. From the open-world environment of Aurora to the wide array of weapons and gear available to players, Geoff will provide valuable insights that only someone with his level of expertise can offer.

As a tactical shooter set in an expansive open world, "Ghost Recon Breakpoint" builds upon the foundation laid by its predecessor, "Wildlands". Players step into the shoes of Lieutenant Colonel Anthony "Nomad" Perryman, a member of the elite "Ghosts" special operations unit. The game's vast and diverse landscape of Aurora presents numerous tactical opportunities, allowing players to use the terrain to their advantage, whether it's sliding down rocky slopes or using mud as camouflage. With a wide selection of air, land, and sea vehicles at their disposal, players can traverse the game world in a variety of ways, or opt for a stealthier approach to silently neutralize enemies. "Breakpoint" also introduces an array of new weapons and gear, such as blowtorches for cutting through fences, sulfur gas grenades for lethal takedowns, and electromagnetic pulse grenades to disable drones and vehicles. The game's attention to detail extends to features like the ability to carry away fallen enemies and teammates, adding an extra layer of immersion and realism to the experience. Many of these new additions were directly influenced by player feedback from "Wildlands", demonstrating Ubisoft's commitment to creating a game that resonates with fans of the tactical shooter genre.

Love this guy. Very informative and doesn’t hold back. If the game does something wrong compared to real life, he calls it out and tells you how it would be—always.

It’s always such a pleasure seeing this guy review fps games, his analyses and feedback is always really cool to hear

Let's get this guy a clip of someone moving in a tactical manner instead of sprinting around like a coked out cheetah

Y’all need to show him more GLID Gaming videos. It’s much more tactical than running around like you got the sugar high.

Let's get this guy to react to the new Modern Warfare 2 campaign!

Geoff Reeves reactions are always fun to watch. You should probably show him videos of Glid Gaming because those guys know what they’re doing.

The idea of being a ghost is mostly not to be seen, to complete missions covertly, in and out with minimal or no enemy knowing you have been there. Many of the missions in this game, it is not really possible to actually be ghostly. I prefer finding a high vantage point then snipe hitting the targets to clear as much as I can find before moving into the target area. I don't like to go close quarters combat, safer not to unless you absolutely have to.

It's a shame that the players being reviewed were playing it like a standard FPS. It's much more fun and satisfying when you actually recon the whole area first and go in stealthily. Would have been really interested to hear an analysis of that

Surprised he didn't mention muzzle awareness while on player had their laser straight in the back of their buddy's head lol

I learn a lot with this guy and the others, I actually got better playing games, like battlefield, ghost recon breakpoint, ready or not, tarkov, clearing rooms and using tactics. And very good to see they showing breakpoint so people can give a second chance, cause this game got really better after updates, I still have missions to do in the game, really nice to play.

Great job covering their tactics and flaws. I do miss going through battle drills sometimes. The Army taught me so much, my favorite was urban warfare which is extremely dangerous when you think about how hostile urban environments can be. Great video, it was almost like he was instructing these guys.

I'd love to see him checking out MGSV stealth gameplay. That would be crazy.

A note about the Karambit. He is right in how it's used in combat today, however it is originally from Indonesia, where it was used in agriculture to cut roots.

You should have had him react to the new modern warfare 2 campaign. I'm talking specifically about that ship mission and the mission where you are doing stealth kills at the harbor. Oh and the Mecican special forces mission.

If I could play a game like this with a real professional, that would be a dream for me. I couldn't join the military cause I have medical dependencies, but I've always loved that tactical style of gunplay: cover to cover, comm covering, all of that.

I like how there's all these people playing the game like a spec ops, and then there's me running headfirst into a heavily armoured vehicle

I am an old jarhead and the last 2 Ghost Recon games are my all time fav's. Go in loud or silent, turn off ememy clouds and icon etc... great repeated gameplay over and over. Great breakdown by the Frogman.

I love the fact that the part he enjoyed watching the most was the part the creator decides to wear the seal suit and exits the water; the game is only as in-depth and realistic as you want to play it; I’m always overwatch hiding in the hills 300+ meters away making sure the objective is clear before I even start my objective

So u basically showed him bad gameplay/movement from a player of this game, instead of showcasing the diffrent game mechanics
