Today is day 2 of practicing 33 seconds breath hold! I decided to increase once I felt my body had adapted to the 30 seconds practice! I will say it is a slight challenge but not difficult which I think is great! I love this training program! ❤

Some days I find these breath hold easy. Other times I start to struggle/panic quite a bit with 15 seconds left. And advice for helping grow into these? It has kept me from progressing past day two for a while.

I've been doing breathwork for a while and can already do breath retention of around 2-3 minutes I think, I haven't timed it in a while but I want to learn your techniques as well so should I go through the breath hold training program? I can't wait to get started with this. I'm a bit behind, can i do 2 sessions a day (1 in the morn and 1 in eve) to catch up, or is it it best to stick to 1 session a day?
