when i do the second one, with my right leg rotates infron the left one, the left one hurts alittle bit in the piriforms. i have this issues in both ones, but the left one is the one that hurts the most actually. all streches and exercices really works well in the right one. i wiill try this c: thanks

Hi just starting to watch your videos! U did a video on dry brushing and lymphatics. Would u recommend someone with a prolapse to bounce like u showed or better yet on a rebounder? Any exercise for someone with a prolapse to get the lymphatic system moving? Afraid to exercise other than walking.
