I'm crying right now. I've been unable to train for 3 weeks and I was afraid I had ruined my back. Lifting is so important to me and I've become depressed after only 3 weeks. This has relieved almost ALL of my pain. Thank you so much!! I'm happy I'll be back in the gym lifting a few days from now

This genuinely worked for me, literally instantly. I’ve been in so much pain for the last week. Was worried about it, as I’ve had spinal fusion. I did it on the bed and didn’t go as forward as the lady. Worked instantly but I’m interested to see how long it lasts. Thank you so much for this.

I'm here now, try this last night, work great and woke up this to do some more and thought I try to twist the upper part of my body to the left, felt good and started turning my body to the right and I almost passed out because of the pain, all the pain come back. Now laying in bed hurting. I'll try later to go back to the legs stretches which did work until I turn my body. Thanks for the info, Note: People don't twist the upper body does Not work just makes it worse.

Wait. Why is this titled piriformis stretch? Piriformis is a deep lateral rotator. When you put your feet on the contralateral knee shouldn't your hip be in an abduction and lateral rotation? Why would you go lateral rotation when the piriformis is already tight and need to be stretched? Shouldn't you go medial rotation and adduction? I'm confused. Help me out lol

It’s the opposite for me, when my leg is turned out, the pain kicks in, I have to turn my leg in

Strech like just waking up, push your hands up straight your head while push your legs down in one line with your body in laying position

I think mine has gotten far too bad for this on my bad side...pure torture !! But on my other side it hurts much less. Thanks
