Dr. Ennis, thank you so much for your videos. I am 5 1/2 months out from lumbar laminectomy surgery due to severe stenosis of the spine from L2 to S1 that came on suddenly in a two week period last September with no prior symptoms, and took my legs away in only 3 weeks. I had to hold myself up on two canes from that point on. Your videos have formed the basis of my physical therapy and recovery, and just in the last two days I have started walking again without the support of canes. I really benefited from your approach emphasizing safety and caution, protecting the lower spine (always flat on the floor and working around it), taking things one step at a time. I can't thank you enough.
