Today I'm making a Mexican Corn Skillet, perfect for the upcoming Super Bowl 🤩 Very similar to esquite or corn in a cup but with added flavors. You can serve as a side dish, in a cup or even dip with some Lay's Wavy chips. It's a favorite in my household 😋

MEXICAN CORN SKILLET INGREDIENTS:
► 5 fresh corn
► 3 tbsp butter
► 2 minced garlic cloves
► 1/4 red onion
► 1 red bell pepper
► 1 green bell pepper
► Bunch of cilantro
► 1/4 cup mayonnaise
► Some Mexican blend cheese
► Some crema Mexicana
► Some Cotija cheese
► Some Tajin
► Salt and pepper to taste

5 fresh corn
2 garlic cloves
1/4 red onion
Salt and pepper
10 minutes add 1 red and green bell pepper
3 minutes cilantro
Remove from heat
1/4 cup mayo
Your liking of Mexican blend cheese
Mix then top with sour cream mayo Parmesan
