This has been the issue with online dating ever since it first began. I dealt with this way back in 2010-2012 before I met my husband offline. People you meet online will dump you like that because of FOMO, men are the worst offenders they can't resist continuing to shop around for women.

You're right, young lady! Social media has killed what was traditionally known as "courtship". Moreover, fewer people are getting married now than in previous generations; it's really a crutch more than anything.

Social Media is the culprit of many of societies problems. I agree, dating is nearly impossible to the point that I don’t. Not because of fear but because of the high level of dishonesty out there. It is hard to trust someone, even after giving them the benefit of the doubt. As humans, we are losing virtues. We are losing the core of what makes us love, trust, hope and selflessness. We are too busy trying to keep up. We come to realize that all we’re doing is wasting time, our life, our feelings over what? People…THE GRASS IS NOT ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE..
Take time to notice your blessings and nurture them. Stop wasting time… you can’t get it back! 😊

I agree...Also..I think it depends on your age group..Gen X..Gen Y are not so caught up in social media because we know how to meet someone in person and talk on the phone 😂...Gen Z...and those Mils are caught up in the Matrix 😂..They will text someone next to them while on a date or die without having a phone to communicate. They have to have a buffer due to lacking of social skills.
