Serious question: can anyone here attest to the collective of their circle of friends expecting 5 star restaurants, lavish gifts, and luxury vacations from men? I feel like that’s what gets promoted the most on social media and then suddenly it’s “all women” this and “most women/modern women” that. I hate that the high expectations of a few get overly highlighted and the men who want those ig models and can’t get them take their frustration out on the average women painting us all with a broad stroke.
