Coach Blac, I truly mean this from the bottom of my heart. You're words were exactly what I needed to hear in this video. I've been in no contact for a year now. I was it's her for 6 years. I've lost 64 pounds from being 302, and I've spent hours in the gym thinking what I would say to her. When she saw me. Honestly, there is nothing new I can say. She knew how much she meant to me. I would tell her that she was beautiful every single day. I would always make sure we would never go to bed angry. I kept my word that I would never leave her. I think I've done enough, my love has always belonged to me. It has never left, and sometimes I forget that. I'm going to take the extra steps to my future and myself.
