the feeling that the tampon is pulling out our “innerds”. Never again. Been a cup geek since 2013 and never looking back. Had to make some changes after my third baby. But all is back to Thank goodness for Lumma discs, Period underwear of every brand I can find, and the Femmycycle cups. I can tolerate my period for a change & that’s with endometriosis 😓

I found that cups were still uncomfortable for me to insert and remove from the general friction of it all. I’ve switched to discs and haven’t looked back.
