I've started with one time pads but my period was to heavy si used tampons and pads but I never really liked the tampons. It took me nearly 10 years until I've heard of cups and it changed everything but wasn't perfect. It tooked me 6 more years until I switched to period slips and the disc.

I'm from Germany and here it's hard to get a cup in the shops and I've never seen a disc in a shop. There were years when cups and reusable pads were found in more shops but they were removed and most times you can only buy pads and tampons and maybe one cup.

I saw some stuff about how a woman lost her leg because of toxic shock and I just decided to stop wearing tampons cause I use then as directed I use the correct ones and don't have it in longer then I'm supposed to but I still sometimes get pain in my legs. So atm ik using those flex disks. If seen how to use diva cups but I honestly don't know how to do it myself and these disks took a while to learn. I want to be nice to the environment n use a reusable one but I really really feel uncomfortable doing that cause of the mess. But the disks I have atm are environmentally friendly to dispose of. So thus is a really new adjustment for me but let's see how things go I guess. Thank u for all the info from these videos it seriously helps so much
