Swimming on Your Period

Here because I signed up for swimming lessons and my period decided to come out of nowhere and they don’t do refunds 😅

I swam with a pad in cause I don't use tampons and nothing happened I didn't leak cause of the water pressure so when I got home there was barely anything on my pad

I can't use Tampax, they are too long. I have to use Playtex but I still leak, so I combine with a pad.

Im already on my period, but I don't like to swim while I'm on my period I just don't like it, and also I'm having so much crumbs in my stomach like I'm gonna die of them😭
