This workout is a perfect workout to do when you are short on time, on a break from work, traveling, or just need some quick ideas to take to the gym.

Amy thank you so much for this video a lot of people have misunderstanding pertaining to workout with bands and usually it's the guys if you'll sell the only way you can get Strong's and using weights not necessarily so what's great about bands why would get stronger it also incorporates a full range of motion plus you get the best of both worlds oh I myself I'm at the age of 64 I do train with weights but they're quite light and I always say it's not how much you do it's how you apply yourself years ago I used to be a personal trainer and I would tell my clients if you want to get strong lean to have a good range of motion utilize band there are two items that I bring when I travel my jump rope and my last bands I'm good to go well thank you very much for this video you have a great evening

start with what works for you. start with a light beginner cord or band. as you get adjusted you can progress to medium and high resistance bands.

Guys keep an open mind start working out with those bands you will fall in love with him you're not a sissy if you working with bands I have been in gymnastics in the seventies I'm now 64 years old by the way these bands are making me very strong and it will. B about I'd say about three months I'll be able to do my iron cross again All you guys keep an open mind it'll make you very very strong you look like a lean mean fighting machine you have a great evening everybody if you agree with me give me a hoot
