I bought them for myself, and they work great for what we need them to perform. We use them for exercise, and she utilizes them to assist her hold her legs up behind her head while pulling them up. They have held up quite well, and I appreciate the fact that it has multiple different resistance bands. Thanks again for the hard work you put into each video. Really appreciate it!

I do this before my leg workout it feels nice and it makes the blood flow in the legs so they are ready for heavy sets.

Great content! I guess we should just choose a band strength that works for us? Also, my one suggestion would be to wear gym shorts or something that doesn’t get tangled up in your band and that gives us a view of what’s happening with your leg muscles. I look forward to trying this out!
