Hi Tim-
I am a 61 yr old woman who has been doing yoga for 6 or 7 yrs at my gym. Now that we are at home I found you. You have helped my spine. I have spinal arthritis. I loved pigeon pose. Please do more often. However it is probably my age but I wish you could go a tad slower a far a changing poses. I have trouble keeping up.

Tim, you’ve long since stopped doing the Challenge but I’m poking along on it...reading up on the mechanics and the flow of breathing. Your comment about popping in and out of the poses is what I needed to hear. As a stiff old fellow, slow is smooth, smooth is “the way” to getting it done without an injury. New yogis need to hear that from Gurus like you. Thank you. I’ll make my way through the rest of the videos in good time. Thanks for what you do.

I like how you add comments about respecting your body's limits and avoiding injury as opposed to pushing too far into a position. I have been in classes where I have been literally pushed into a position by the instructor (didn't go back to that one) - I am glad that there are. yoga instructors like yourself who repeat this message to respect one's limits and not feel pressure to go too far into a pose. Good job! Great session 🙂

Liked the practice today - my favorite was the transition to the Eagle pose! I need to keep working on it but this is the first time I can actually get my leg hooked behind the other one! So that’s cool! Thanks, Tim!

I'm baaaack! I had to stop for about 3 weeks due to bad shoulder and wrists and do another workout challenge until those were repaired. Good to return with a class that didn't stress those areas.
