In the past it was “a snacking period, ” but now it’s an eating as much meat as I can along with fat so that notion of snacking is more repugnant than not.

A lot of the time an increase in calories will increase the metabolism. However, as you get older & HGH(Growth hormone the major fat-burning hormone) declines by 14% every decade you need fewer calories.
