Hey my dear! I really respect you and love to listen to your great content. I usually do Omad and Keto. And I lose some weight. My problem is that if I get off the track once, I feel so defeated that my cheat day becomes a cheat month...so I gain back all the weight. My problem is that I know that if you cheat even once you'll get out of ketosis, right!? So, you hear experts talking about how it will take you some time tonget back into ketosis. So, if I do a cheat day once a week will be the keto lifestyle still be working? This idea messes up with me every single time.
Would appreciate an answer. Thank you in advance!
