Hey my loves! This workout will challenge you but you will be happy with results. No rests between exercises, this is actually good to keep the tension going, 20 seconds break between phases, allowing you to have some rest and feel free to extend the rest if need be, up to one minute.

I've been doing this workout for 3 weeks (but I rest on the weekend) and let me tell you I have noticed an amazing progress in my booty area! This is definitely it! I'm recovering from sickness. Hadn't worked out in 8 days. Tried doing this workout vid. Rested in between each set, and at 9 minutes, I've had enough. Once I'm fully recovered, and I got my full strength back, I'll be doing your workouts consistently again.💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

I know this was a booty workouts but I felt it waaayyyy more In my hips! And I’m not complaining!! It was more of a hip pump for me🔥🔥 but those fire hydrant circles are so freaking bomb!!!! Doing your ‘on the floor’ booty workouts back to back (doing multiple vids or replaying more than once) is not for the weak! The fact you already had huge gains and got even more ?? Had to click, you always get our bodies right 🤧✨🏆
