Polls have historically underestimated Trump by a pretty good amount. This is a fact. The degree to which varies state by state but the fact that it's "neck and neck" and that shes polling worse than Joe and Hillary were at this time (also a fact), assuming this trend does continue, this does not bode well for Harris. I still think it will be a close election but it is Trump's election to lose at this point.

Here are the indisputable facts. We have seen more people under the age of 30 register to vote than at any other time in history. People under the age of 30 last election voted for Democrats over Republicans 69% to 31%. Last presidential election, the 65+ crowd voted for Republicans 55% to 45%. They are the only age group that leaned heavily towards Republicans. Due to covid fatalities, that age group is the smallest percentage of the voting base that it has been since the 1980's. Donald Trump's favorability ratings are 22% lower than it was before the 2020 election. Kamala Harris' favorability rating is 17 points higher than Donald Trump's right now. In terms of location, Urban voters voted for Democrats by a 38% margin. Suburban voters voted for democrats by a 2% margin. Rural voters voted for Republicans by a 40% margin. Since the 2020 election, more than 68% of rural counties have decreased in population.

End result here is Republicans are about to get shellacked, and it's all because of their own actions.
