Simple Neck Self Massage to relieve Neck pain, tight neck and shoulder muscles. These are some of my favourite relaxing self massage techniques that you can do while sitting.

Grab yourself some massage oil or lotion - you'll need this for the massage techniques shown in the video. You can also use olive oil or coconut oil which will also double-up as moisturizer if you'd like! (Why not?). Add essential oils if you'd like a more relaxing massage experience.

Thank you so much for this one! Would love more of these. I personally recommend holding the working elbow with the cup of the non working hand to distribute the effort a bit more.
