During the first test I couldn't see that much to either my right or left, but now I feel like I can easily see 360 degrees around me lol.
This was my very first attempt at self massage and I'm blown away! So little effort, such profound and immediately noticeable effects. I'm now very motivated to learn more about my muscles and practice more. Thank you so much! 🙏

Umm, idk what magic u did... But, let me just tell u how emotionally good that was. I have had shoulder tendonitis and fibromyalgia for years, been to multiple specialist doctors, neurologists, orthopaedics, psychologists, psychiatrists, all the works... I was in so much pain, the littlest of actions caused so much pain. I've had actual traction through equipment done to me, but idk what sorcery this was, I've even tried massage, ultrasound, TENS, n yet I've not been in as much instant relief as i am now. Thank you so much, this means a lot to me!

OMG!! 😄 I feel fantastic! I had a neck injury 45 years ago and have had neck and shoulder pain since then. I have done "neck exercises" which I never received any relief from. But this??? This was absolutely amazing! ❤

My brother has CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and has neck and shoulder pain because of this. He has never been one for self massages but said this really helped relieve his pain… thank you so much 😊

Could you make a video on massaging muscles affected by chronic fatigue as well can’t find a decent massage for this. All the best ❤

very well explained and done in a soothing tone. i have tried it twice now. feeling a lot better every time. the only thing is my shoulders feel so relaxed, i want to massage my back after this and massaging ur own back is so difficult
