I’ve tried so many recipes.. yet this turned out the best! I’ve also noticed that other recipes on the internet required more complexed items such as an electric beater and ingredients such as buttermilk.. which I cannot find easily. Just baked this, alittle twist from my end. I added lemon zest to the eggs, and mixed the flour into 3/4 all purpose and 3/4 almond flour. Also just used 1/2 cup of sugar. Tastes great and super easy to make!
