I was craving cake tonight with nothing in the house. So I looked up Fast Cake Recipe and found this. It is fast! And easy with ingredients you most likely have on hand. It’s came out great - very tender and moist. I made a quick lemon glaze to top it: 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 heaping tsp lemon zest, 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice. My husband had 3 pieces! This is a keeper!

First of all, i would say thank you for dropping the recipe for this cake. Secondly i doubted my ability to make this cake because it look so soft and squishy/fluffy but as i followed the way you did it, it seems easy and the result is great, loved it even my family loved it, thank you.
