I have started taking Creatine before my workouts because I want that energy to build up in my system prior to my workout and it had been fine for me...But will add it to my post-workout meal too and see how I will do...Great podcast for me its a win to add since I am in the middle of menopause and have osteoporosis already...But thankfully I have been doing pretty consistent weight training seasions1-3 times per week for almost 2 years now progressing natually my muscle strength especially without even taking supplements until now...I am at a plateau I feel with building muscle strength so this would be a good step up for me to add the supplement in to continue to grow muscle...
