These videos are basically ads with some animation to make you interested, it’s sad how quickly the quality has dropped.

It started out as an information channel that didn’t use the minimalistic or blocky style (Facts in Motion, Infographics Channel, Life Noggin, etc.), with long videos and interesting topics. Now it’s basically just listing bullet points back to back with pacing that’s way too fast so as to minimalise effort, and ends in 40 seconds of a shitty P2W mobile game.

I miss the old school Arnold videos. /rant

People look at sumo wrestlers and assume that they are the same as lazy fat people. They are not they are lifelong athletes who are surprisingly fit. They work out constantly and are some of the strongest people on the planet.

Do a little experiment for me, take the standard Sumo stance. Legs spaced wide apart, upper body bent forward, one hand on the floor. Unless you are reasonably fit you will find his really really hard.
