Well i dont have acne, but i get pimples from eating a lot of sugar, nit from carbs. Maybe next time its better to say that it differs per person since you have a pretty big following tho. But damnn you ripped

Guys please do not use face wash it will irritate your skin and give you red marks i know cuz im experiencing it rn face wash strips the natural oils from yohr face and can give you acne too
