for me the tastiest steak is always sirloin the texture is just spot on... the taste is just perfect, combination between fat and meat is marvelous, nothing could give such satisfaction

Omg! You basically extended the amount of portions from the meat as well. I am definitely doing this each time. I always buy my rib eyes in a package like this. ❤

The cap is great for tenderness. I just get a good crust on them and get the eye to a good rare to medium rare temp and let it rest. They both usually come out pretty well cooked and juicy. My family loves when I sear and oven temp my steaks

Ribeye is my second favorite cut beef, my most favorite is Entraña. While it's tougher, it's got a lot of flavor and is the best part of Argentine Asado imo.

Yes, ribeye is a very flavourful and tender cut of beef, although I do like rump cap/ picahna slightly more. I reverse sear over charcoal and it turns out incredible!

This looks so delicious, I desperately need a steak! For me there’s nothing better than a beautifully cooked steak or perhaps a roast beef Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding cauliflower cheese and all the trimmings with beautifully crisp and fluffy roast potatoes!!!! My family raise Black Angus cattle and first cross merino sheep - we know our meat. My wife Val is an exec but her cooking is next level - in fact this is exactly how we're cutting and cooking our steak tonight, running with roasted potato salad and calamari as sides. One day, we just have to meet Andy and crew. He is our favourite - which is a HUGE statement.

Just bought a 6 kg scotch fillet. Definitely having a crack at this. When the cap is done right it is amazing and this looks to be the perfect way to cook it.

Ribeye is amazing BECAUSE it has these two different parts - the cap should be cooked at a bit higher temp than the eye because it has so much more fat and is more tender.
