Probably the best pronunciation of Worcestershire sauce I’ve heard from an American.

A chilean friend taught me that trick to clean the grill with a half onion. Cleans it well and tastes great!

I used to work at a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant that also happened to have a ribeye steak on the menu. We would marinate the steak in half Italian dressing, quarter soy sauce, and quarter Worcestershire sauce. It was crazy how good they were on a flame grill.

My grandfather marinated all his steaks just like this! I’ll never forget it! He would add some minced garlic too.

love this kind of content, so many methods to cook things and most of us can’t afford to do a shot in the dark experiment on a piece of meat so it’s really nice watching someone else try it first

I use a similar marinade for my homemade beef jerky. I also add some Franks red-hot and a crap ton of freshly ground pepper (basically the moment your arm starts hurting from how much you've ground the pepper mill is when you know you've added enough pepper)
My ratios are:
Two parts Franks
Two parts Soy sauce
one part Worcestershire Sauce
Arm hurting amount of pepper

For the ultimate BBQ steak glaze use equal parts honey, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Heat it up in the microwave and throw in some fresh herbs - rosemary or thyme - and baste it all the way through. INSANE. 🤩

Beef, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce, that's an umami bomb. Of course it's good.

I’ve been doing this for years… add white pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and a pinch of cayenne next time

I make my own marinade. I come from a family of butchers and we know meat. Its simple, a bit past your here but still in the same ballpark though less salty (I like to add/control my salt separately).
Three parts teriyaki sauce, two parts W-sause, one part *low sodium* spy sauce and for some brightness of flavor and added tenderizing, one part (ish) lemon (or lime) juice. The juice definitely makes a difference.
My friends all say my marinade reminds them of Dale's, if Dale's were good and a lot less salty. Everyone who tries my steaks say they're the best.
As part of the process, use a piercing tenderizer/two tine fork and pierce the steak through, evenly and on both sides to help the marinade penetrate. If you have a vacuum food sealer with a marinade container, use it for about 45 minutes or it's regular, marinade cycle. If not, let sit in fridge for several hours to overnight. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is favorite hack when cooking corn.

1. Mix as much Sriracha or another hot sauce as you want with a half a stick of butter.

2. Then combine that mixture with some cinnamon(a few teaspoons).

3. The cook the corn normally(I prefer to grill it).

4. Finally put the sriracha and butter mixture onto the corn like normal.

This may seem weird, but I enjoy this dish a lot. It is perfect for a bbq. Don’t knock it before you try it. It is really good. Thank you.
