THIS WAS THE QUICKEST AND CLEAREST INFO TO FIX THIS ERROR! After many attempts of google search and going through youtubes that they all only made me waste a lot of time of downloading a lot of programs and then I needed to uninstall them being at the end they were PC clean ups and wanting to charge me for it... I finally found you! The only thing missing in the info is if you don't know, if your PC is a 32 or 64 bit (which I picked up in other videos, you'd have to go to the Windows, find SETTINGS, then clik on SYSTEM and clik on ABOUT and under Device Specifications, look for SYSTEM TYPE and read next to that your bit... All I can say is THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, I was REALLY WORRIED that I couldn't get to all my saved documents being this error kept coming up... Thanks Again! =)
