I tried this and many other ways people say will fix this but NOTHING works, I get error 2203 when I try to install anything... Seems my only option is total wipe of the SSD with reinstall of windows 10 (which is garbage that is FULL of errors like this by they way) again

Windows 10 is possibly the worst windows ever, so many errors and problems like this all the time. Windows 7 was 100 times better then this weaponized user unfriendliness they call Windows10 and 11...

Giving 'everyone' the right to copy/paste/run(?) anything on C:\Windows\Temp is very sus... Like, every process, user, service. I'll do it so I can install something I need, but how do you reverse this?
