I've deleted and reinstalled Ghost of Tsushima multiple times, cleared the cache, and rebuilt the database in safe mode multiple times. Rebuilding the database made Ghost last longer before crashing, but it still kept happening, with the same error code. The crash happened sometimes in Assassin's Creed Valhalla and occasionally in Control, but stopped happening in those games after the first database rebuild. I had the PS5 versions of all three games.

Yesterday, I performed a factory reset and again reinstalled Ghost of Tsushima. Now the crash occurs less than TEN SECONDS after starting up Ghost, as opposed to the 10-15 minutes it lasted before. I've been planning to buy Space Marine 2 and Spider-Man 2, but with my luck they won't work either.

And I've had my PS5 a little over a year. Damn it, Sony 🤦‍♂️

Well none of these games and consoles shouldn't be having errors at all if your running them normally sony need to fix this nonsense i got this on ps4 and ppl dont want to tell me all gaming machines will have errors well on the ps3 when i played a ps3 game i never had a error code once so someone in the company or the game makers are obviously f*ing something up

Been having this issue since I had the regular PS4, even got the PS4 Pro and now PS5, guess what, PS Suppott still haven’t responded, no matter how many messages I send them, they’re useless

I guys i have the same problem. My ps5 is brand new. My games crashs every time. Sometimes i play 10mt others play 1h. This is a software problem and there is 5 ways to fix. If dont fix with this 5 ways, send back ps5 snd get a new one.

1 Update the ps5 new pack
2 Delet and reinstall the game
3 Update the game
4 Clean data base
5 Reset Ps5 and install again

If the error presist.. Send ps5 back and get a new one

It started happening to me with the mw2 season 5. I noticed it only happens when trying to get the loadout and I realized it was the new FR advancer gun, took it out and it fixed. Thankfully 💀 I was loosing it.

For me personally, turning off HDCP in Safe mode to 1.4 as well as heavily reducing my screen resolution to 720p ACTUALLY unglitched my Resident Evil 2 Remake game.😊👍

Deleted the games several times.
Still crashes.
But the annoying part is this…I can play PS5 games that are also available on PS4. Games that are strictly for PS5 consistently crashes.
Perhaps it’s my PS5 that has an issue?

Guys if the issue that you are having is when playing "call of duty" and it occurs when you die in the game try to reach the next checkpoint or level in the game without dying and it will re-work normally. It is only a glitch or crash in the game.
