How much did weight watchers pay to get that airtime?

I'd say the best diets are the one's that aren't really diets at all! People eat with their emotions before logic. The Mediterranean Diet is really a misnomer - it's a lifestyle, not a diet. The US News and World Report definitely gets that one right!

4 years on Carnivore Diet, and healthiest I've been in 46 years. Fatty meat for the win, these other diets are the fad, only a few decades old!

This is so bogus somebody got paid off because Weight Watchers changes every other day and every member on it has joined it and quit it at least six times average

Everyone is jumping on this new diet fad, so it must be the healthiest thing ever! I'm going to start it too because if so many people are doing it, it must be right.

Don't go by a fad diet. Eat well balanced nutritional meals. Make sure you are well hydrated. Get your starchy carbs in early. Use butter it is real not chemicals. If you want something sweet have something and use real sugar for God's sake. Quit starving yourselves. But don't eat your feelings nor your moods. Meals. Keep your blood sugar levels even by eating a protein with any carbs. There is no bad food. You can over do a certain food but unless you have a food sensitivity eat. Keep most of your calories healthy with meat chicken fish vegetables and fruit. When eating fruit since it is high in natural sugars, fructose have a protein with it to feel satiated and to have a more even trail off of sugars rather than a spike and drop. And yes you can have a BAGEL. 😘

You all need the Lucky Charms diet. Tufts rates cereal high on nutrition list. Go ahead. Eat that way. See you in the hospital. I’ll be the one bringing in the companion dog to sit with you at your bedside as you suffer the results of the “ beef is bad, cereal is good” way of life. Enjoy
