Ive adopted the eat more move more approach and i dont think im really losing weight but my stomach is finally tightening up . Never going back to super low calories .

Theoreticaly, everyone will lose weight as long as they est less than 3500 cal per day cus thats a pound. Its actually been working for me. And allowed me to not be SO strict with myself, I thought I over ate yesterday, but infact. Lost a pound, down 4 from 250 in about a week in a half. Which is what I want, I WANT to lose weight slowly. Because whenever I try to speed run weight loss it never works. I always fall off the wagon.
