The suboccipital region has a complexity of muscles, nerves, and blood vessels that control many important functions of the head, eyes, ears, face, and neck region. Lack of motion from adhesions and/or misalignments with the occiput (base of skull) and atlas (upper bone in neck) commonly causes pain and dysfunction in these areas. This technique is know to help restore motion and better function.

Of the above . I was in a car accident 3 years ago and I have mild disc loss. I swear since this accident I haven’t been the same . I suffer from sinus infections all the time . I’ve had daily pain in that specific area of my head for almost 20 years since being diagnosed with severe TMJ. Restructuring of teeth and a mouth plate that I wear 24/7. Still have pain. I’m going to try this for a few days and see if it helps. Thank you so much Doc.
