Tinel's Sign - Greater Occipital Nerve

This video demonstrates the Tinel's sign for the Greater Occipital Nerve. Percussion 1/3 of the distance from the Occipital protuberance to the Mastoid process. If the patient has reproduction of pain shooting from the occipital to the frontal region of the head this is a positive sign for Greater Occipital Neuralgia.

This clamps up the midline right so intense I don’t want to be here anymore and it causes pulling up to occipital bone. It also refers to the midline front of the neck and yanks me front to back in the torso it’s debilitating and 38 therapists can’t help me thus far 5 years post injury not one can release it whatever it is

I stretched my neck the other day and felt the muscle was tight and it out pressure on my nerve i think because i felt and "electric shock" and have been ferling out if sorts.
I hope it wasnt the artery..
