I dont think this status is reasonable to expect (in general), because this is always going to be changing for both people. There might not ever be a point where both people are 100% on the same page or know everything. There is also a processing delay, where autistics might not understand their own experience until much, much later. Its impossible to know if both people are on the same page because even with complete transparency, people will interpret words differently or mentally fill-in-the-blanks. This speaks toward the autistics who arent familiar with what being on the same page w someone feels like--despite infodumping and word vomit.
