I switched from the old Kazuha workout to this one, let's do this!

Day 1:✅️ A little harder than expected but doing great.

Day 2:✅️ I did it a bit late because of my studying. Helps me not fall asleep.

Day 3:✅️ I did it after my usual workout. Feeling kinda tired.

Day 4:✅️ I weight lifted at the gym before this, and I'm going to do a meditation.

Day 5:✅️ I was sooo late when I did this and I'm sooo tired.

Day 6:✅️ I meditated a bit after the workout and I'm feeling great.

Day 7:✅️ First week done! Was a little sweaty this time. Nothing I can't hande.

Day 8:✅️ Almost forgot to do it. But I remembered and did it right before I was about to sleep.

Day 9:✅️ I did it late again. Oops.

Day 10:✅️ I'm in a hurry so I can't write much.

Day 11:✅️ I went to the gym and ran for a bit. But I still managed to do this workout late, again.

Day 12:✅️ I did it! I don't know why I keep doing the workout so late...

Day 13:✅️ It's getting worse. I did it after midnight this time...

Day 14:✅️ Two weeks done!!! 🔥💪

Day 15:✅️ Almost fell asleep before doing the workout.

Day 16:✅️ I did it without the video and forgot to write but I did it!

Day 17:✅️ Same as day 16.

Day 18:❌️I unfortunatley didn't do it. I realised the next day. I feel slightly guilty but I'll do it tomorrow!

Day 19:✅️ I did it early today since I didn't want to forget.

Day 20:✅️ The workout is getting easier to do any I don't have to take any extra breaks.

Day 21:✅️ I made some small changes to how I did the exercises and it became a bit harder.

Day 22:✅️ I'm kind of enjoying the workout when I do it.

Day 23:✅️ I did the old Kazuha workout today since it's faster and I really want to sleep.

Day 24:✅️ I did it normally this time.

Day 25:✅️ I didn't do it too late today.

Day 42:✅️ Someone set off the fire alarm during one of my exams and I might have to re do it. They set it of 2 hours after the exam begun. I am so tired.

thank you for this! can't forget how my whole body was shaking when I first tried this workout. 😂 i've been doing this workout for 1 month and 3 days now (with rest days of course). I actually started seeing the result in just 2 weeks. i'm skinny so i've been trying to gain weight and muscles at the same time 😅 I managed to gain 1 kg in a month while doing this workout. i'm still 2.5 kg below my normal weight but that's good enough for me. slow progress is still progress 😁 let's go for our goals!! 🔥🔥

Wanted to try for fun!

Day 1: Hurt a bit but pushed through!
Day 2: Did it! My arms were sore though.
Day 3: Dosent hurt as much, no results though!

I'm doing this workout until next summer, and it's 10 pm as im doing this, but it's whatever, but heres my progress for any motivation!

Day 1: it was HARD, but im normally used to sm burn, but this was making me feel closer to the light.

Day 2: It was not as hard as yesterday, but it did burn.

Day 3: it got a little easier, but still a lot of sweat!

Day 4: getting a lot more easier to do not as much pain as before, I was gonna do 2 times today, but I'm really tired, so I'll do it tomorrow.

Day 5: as yall can see I got a little over to motivated, so I did 1 time.

Measurement : 32 inchs
Day one : ✅ It was not that hard, just felt like my abs were burning up while doing the leg raise lol. I previously tried the le serrafim workout for 3 days so this wasn't that bad :)
Day 2 : ✅ Same as yesterday but my legs were a little sore, I can see a little cuts of my abs cuz i previously did that workout along with this so that's why
Day 3 : ✅ I checked my weight and it has reduced to 50.30 kgs!!!
Did the workout felt good but my hands were still shaking in that crap dips and reversed planks

empezamos con ésta rutina, que dios me ayude jjs.
día 1 ✅: venía haciendo otros ejercicios asi que no me dolió tanto, pero si sufrí, igual me gustó mucho.
día 2 ✅: odio los ejercicios de brazos, sufro un montón ahí, pero pude terminarla.
día 3 ✅: algunos ejercicios no los puedo terminar 😔, pero la hice.
día 4 ✅: no me dolió taaaanto, hechaaa.
día 5 ✅: la hice casi sin esfuerzo, me siento orgullosa de mi misma.
día 6 ✅: hechooo.

día 7 ✅: volví, hice todo aunque aun me cuesta los ejercicios de brazos.
