"People focus on finding the right one rather than being the right one." Sheesh gotta write that one down, thanks Parker:)

Omg Christian being mad 🤣

Don’t assume your spouse knows your week or your conversation’s you didn’t have in front of them. One of the best pieces of marriage advice I’ve ever had. Sadie, you are being a good wife asking!!

I love the way Sadie's husband looks at her #goals

Yea Christian should've apologized for taking out his frustration on her. She did absolutely nothing wrong, in fact she was being the helper that we as wives are called to be in the marriage. I'm astonished at how he still doesn't have the humility to see that. Because he was on the defensive like Sadie was saying, he contorted and misconstrued the question and the look she gave him. Which was out of concern, not out of disrespect for him..

I normally don’t comment on YouTube videos and I think it’s important to do so when necessary. I believe in marriage communication is key and so is tone you can’t assume your spouse knows the conversations that you’ve had with others and then unload on your spouse just because of the fact that they say the exact same thing or voice their concerns. My husband and I have been married 28 years and it’s very strong and it’s very godly and I believe communication and tone is at the core of our relationship along with having God being in the center of our marriage. The awkwardness of Christian and Sadie on this podcast was very revealing to the situation 20 minutes before this podcast happened. I believe that Christian needs to apologize to Sadie because unfairly he jumped on Sadie knowing the conversations that he had with his friends prior to. I can’t say that I know my husband‘s closet and the clothes that he wears and I can say if he joins an adventure is he going to be prepared for it so it is valuable to know how to be prepared for an event. This is some advice from an old married woman. Walking love, Forgive often and never take a moment for granted!

The beginning was defi eye opening, in the best way. Marriage is indeed work. As they say you’re spouse is like a mirror. It will highlight our shortcomings etc.We have to consider and reassure our partners ♥️

Wow! 6 minutes in and I've learned so much about marriage! I believe Sadie wasn't trying to be offensive but for a man in general, it seems to me that they would like for their wife to ask questions in a way that is receiving and less direct. I guess it seems less offensive and direct that way. Although the intention wasn't to be offensive. It's like the woman is preparing to receive kind of like receiving a baby. Wow, thank you for opening up your lives, you both are so awesome, and I appreciate your transparency. 💛

I wanted advice from anyone who has it, and I love Sadie’s videos so seeing she just uploaded feels like the perfect time. I am young, and traveling in the word of God. I have learned so much about myself through our Lord and I am so so blessed to have that. However, I have no friends. I don’t have that comfort of a girl group or someone to lean on when times are tough. I crave human connection, but around me there is none.. especially with Christian people. It feels lonely and it brings me to tears some days. I know God has a plan, and I’m thinking in the moment, but I can’t lie and say it doesn’t physically hurt to know there isn’t anyone. I hope whoever sees this has a blessed day, and thank you so much for your content Sadie! I look up to you greatly

II’ve been feeling that Christian men are as much responsible for presenting themselves with “Modesty” just as much as the women are.. I’m not going to elaborate much more on that.. I’ve followed a Christian leader in particular whom I no longer follow- because of his revealing gym clothing on stage and mannerisms. Saying this with love as a 46 year old woman with concern..I’m okay with rocking the boat sometimes, sorry. ❤

Love this. Thank you guys for being so vulnerable with us there at the beginning. Glad my husband and I aren’t the only ones 😅

The first chunk is perfect example ladies!!
It is about tone and mannerisms when it comes to respecting our mans! It doesn't matter what you say majority of the time, it is the respect that is lacking behind the words! Making a facial expression- is correlated with disrespect and doubt to a man.
We are supposed to be their biggest fan and biggest supporter- no matter what!!

Being content in who I am with God keeps coming up in my life and it's so good to see what the end result can look like. I'm currently working on getting to know Jesus better and it's completely changed my outlook on life and I just want more of Him. ❤
